Yesterday, the Vital Farms Women's Mentorship Program closed its first cohort with an inspiring conversation between Jacquelyn Fletcher Johnson, MFA and Amy H., where they spoke about their experiences with networking and mentorship throughout their careers. Our Women's Mentorship Program is designed to create a community of women who support, empower, and learn from each other. Over the past 6 months, over 40 participants embarked on a journey to amplify their voices, be their authentic selves, cultivate confidence, and navigate challenges together, resulting in powerful cross-functional connections, friends, and supporters. Thank you, Jacque and Amy, for sharing your stories and wisdom with us, and congratulations to all the women who completed the 2024 mentorship program led by Shannon Van Dyck, Emily Love, and Joanne Bal.

Last week, some of our crewmembers visited our four Vital Farms restorative farms. There, we got to know our farmers, discussed their regenerative farming practices and walked among a sea of diverse cover crops on land that was once dry and bare. These conversations play an integral part in our approach to regenerative farming as we continue to learn and work toward a sustainable future for our farms.
