What do you do if your client relationships are falling apart?
Building a positive client relationship for both parties takes time. Initially, you need to prove yourself to the client as the right person for the project or job, which can be daunting. It's important to manage expectations on both sides, so when things start to veer off track, I would recommend an immediate one-on-one conversation to address any issues or misunderstandings. I'd also recommend discussing how you'd like to prevent similar incidents in the future from happening and how they envision improvement. The more you communicate and outline action plans and next steps, the higher your chance of recovering from any setbacks.
