This project and team was formed to conceive and deploy Ricoh's formal entrance into the Managed Print Services (MPS) space. The project culminated with Garters' assessment of Ricoh to be a 'Leader' in their 2010 'Magic Quadrant for Managed Print Services' report and Ricoh's selection by research firm IDC as a leading MPS provider in its 2010 MarketScape MPS…
This project and team was formed to conceive and deploy Ricoh's formal entrance into the Managed Print Services (MPS) space. In June of 2011, the company went on to announce a global expansion of the US project with a $300 million investment in its MDS infrastructure.
Today, MDS is a staple of Ricoh's global go-to-market strategy. In December of 2012 the company was recognized by Gartner as holding 20% worldwide market share, placing it 2nd globally. The majority of the attributes designed by this project team remain as core elements in Ricoh's service offering today; including the MDS engagement approach, delivery portfolio and the program's foundations in Change Management.Other creatorsSee project

As a Greater Philadelphia Cares volunteer, you can serve once a week, once a month, or from time to time.
