    Six iconic office and residential buildings above F&B which surround Barahat Al Nouq, the main square of Msheireb Downtown Doha. The structures are G+Mezz+5 and comprise two office and four residential buildings which total 180,000 ft² and 300,000 ft², respectively. The building facades are made up of onyx stone which is illuminated at night from behind with LED light panels. The ground floor facades contain a double-height colonnade, backed by full height shop-front glass. The F&B units extend from the colonnade into the main square where a unique project feature – a 5-part climate control strategy – is employed to allow nearly year-round use of the square in one of the hottest climates in the world.
