Who You Are

As the Group Business Director at StrawberryFrog, you will go beyond typical account management to lead our clients using Movement Thinking™, combining strategic insight, creative innovation, and a deep understanding of human connections. Your role involves engaging in key discussions, defining project goals and ensuring outcomes meet client expectations and our high standards. You'll tackle marketing challenges with analytical and creative problem-solving, driving project success. Leadership includes developing a team culture focused on innovation, teamwork, and excellence, while maintaining strong client relationships and pushing agency growth.

Responsibilities

  • Extensive Production Expertise: Utilize your comprehensive experience in all creative channels, with a special focus on broadcast, social and digital, to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly.
  • Versatile Leadership: Show adaptability in engaging with clients at all levels, providing thought leadership and overseeing deliverables across every channel.
  • Detail-Oriented Execution: Manage complex project scopes with precision, including production timelines, team coordination, and budget management.
  • Proactive Strategy: Stay ahead with a forward-thinking, business-oriented strategy that anticipates both client and agency needs.
  • Creative Insight and Emotional Intelligence: Drive our creative vision and navigate client relationships with empathy and understanding.

The annual salary range for this position is set at $180,000-$230,000 as of the date of this job posting, in accordance with the Pay Transparency Act in New York. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as the specific responsibilities associated with the position. StrawberryFrog reserves the right to modify this salary range at any time, in compliance with applicable laws and market conditions. In addition to the salary, the compensation package for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off, all subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's benefit plans.
