Dekker Perich Sabatini is looking to hire a Studio Coordinator to augment our talented team. The Studio Coordinator is responsible for providing support for their project teams and the day-to-day operations of their respective studio(s). As passionate and self-driven team members at DPS, candidates would play a key role in developing building designs backed by the support of a firm that has been a staple in the industry for over 60 years.
Responsibilities
Coordinates resource management for studio and participates in firm wide staffing efforts
Collaborates with project managers to complete and communicate revenue projections for studio
Facilitates time management of studio team
In collaboration with Project Managers, monitors project financial metrics and identifies opportunities to improve financial performance
Maintains filing systems and materials libraries
Coordinates scheduling for guests, vendors, and clients
Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors
Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings
Identifies and communicates project progress, accomplishments, challenges, and support needed to complete responsibilities
Assist with the processing of relevant permits.
Proofreading and assistance with the coordination of final studio deliverables.
Qualifications
This is a hybrid work environment with 3 days onsite required. Applicants must live in the Albuquerque, NM metro area.
2+ years of administrative support experience in a professional setting.
Proven ability to manage multiple schedules and analyze complex financial data
Demonstrates problem-solving, collaboration, and consultation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
