Our Insurance Services Division, Centerfield Insurance Services (formerly Datalot), is growing and we are excited for you to join us! We are seeking an assertive consumer-centric Contact Center Rep to pre-qualify insurance-seeking customers (warm leads) directly to licensed agents for part-time employment.
How You'll Contribute...
Exceed performance expectations through the use of dynamic scripts and rebuttals
This is a part-time position where you will have the ability to select your working hours from structured pre-determined schedules that best fit your availability. You will be able to adjust your work schedule in advance to accommodate pre-planned events, if necessary (i.e. appointments, meetings, etc.): We offer 2 options for shifts as detailed below. Option 1. Day: total weekly commitment of 24-28 hours between the hours:
Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm Eastern Time
Option 2. Afternoon: total weekly commitment of 20-28 hours between the hours:
Monday-Friday: 2 pm-7 pm Eastern Time
What We're Looking For...
Detail-oriented, self-starters to work from home (must have a quiet workspace)
Must be comfortable working with Google Chrome
Excellent communicators (verbal and written)
Comfortable and confident navigating difficult conversations and providing proper rebuttals when connecting with customers
People who want more than just a job
Computer-literate individuals with their own reliable computer equipped with high-speed internet (with at least 50 Mbps download/12 Mbps upload speeds)
Active listeners
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Individuals who are receptive to ongoing coaching and development
Call center experience is not required but is a plus
This position is 100% work-from-home, you must be in Michigan, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas
