Water is life and sanitation is dignity. During #WorldWaterWeek and beyond, we're focused on bringing safe water access to people in the water-risk communities where PepsiCo operates. Through projects and programs focused on purification, conservation, and distribution, the PepsiCo Foundation brought safe water access to 10 million people in 2023, for a total of more than 91 million people since 2010, moving us towards our goal of helping 100 million people gain access to safe water by 2030. We're so excited to be named a finalist of the 2024 Ragan's CSR & Diversity Awards in both the Global CSR & ESG Initiative and the Corporate-Community or Nonprofit partnership categories for "She Feeds the World" program with CARE. Through the program, we are able to work directly with small-scale women farmers across 7 different countries to date, and provide them with resources and training to make a difference in their communities and personal lives. Our partnership with these inspiring and resilient women is driving progress towards PepsiCo's goal of improving the livelihoods of 250,000 by 2030. PepsiCo Egypt's She Works Wonders program, powered by INJAZ Egypt, continues to empower thousands of female university graduates across Egypt. With the support of the PepsiCo Foundation and in collaboration with partners from the public, private sector, and civil society, She Works Wonders provides training and job opportunities in various industry fields to boost women's access to careers in male-dominated fields. Last week, PepsiCo employees and Kroger employees packaged 200 meals as part of PepsiCo Foundation’s Food For Good initiative at Toyota Center. These packs will help provide nutritious meals for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston. Thanks to all who joined us to make a difference in the community!   Food for Good by PepsiCo Foundation is a social enterprise that delivers nutritious meals daily for kids in learning environments including schools, afterschool, and summer programs. Through partnerships with companies like Kroger, Food for Good has been able to leverage a shared valued approach to addressing societal needs and act as a catalyst for change in the communities we serve. Food for Good U.S. has delivered more than 75 million meals since 2009 and has served over 2 million children from 2016 through 2023. As part of our 'One Smile At a Time' initiative, the PepsiCo Foundation, PepsiCo, and the Raks Thai Foundation joined forces once again to help address food insecurity and support the well-being of children in Thailand. Employees volunteered, delivered classroom supplies, and presented a donation from the PepsiCo Foundation to support lunch programs for students in the Lamphun Province, furthering our #FoodforGood mission. #PepsiCoProud #PepsiCoPositive

Fatima Mohamed proudly states “a woman can do everything a man can do,” proving it every day with her hard work and determination.
