Governor Midterm Elections 2022

Voters cast ballots in governor races in 36 states in the 2022 midterms. Democrats were able to hold control in states like Pennsylvania and Michigan, impacted by voters concerned about abortion and LGBTQ rights, among other issues, while Republicans were able to put a new state in their column with a win in Nevada. Meanwhile, the outcome in battleground Arizona remains unknown. Check back for the latest news as votes continue to be counted.
