Standard Reference Materials

NIST supports accurate and compatible measurements by certifying and providing over 1200 Standard Reference Materials® with well-characterized composition or properties, or both.

SRMs are available for order at the NIST store, https://shop.nist.gov

Users of a NIST SRM or RM should ensure that the certificate/report in their possession is current.  Find Current SRM/RM Certificates, Reports of Investigation, and Safety Data Sheets using the NIST Store’s Product Search Box.
