Rigby Completes Waste Water Treatment Plant
RIGBY — The city of Rigby has completed their $21.9 million Waste Water Treatment Plant improvement project, according to a press release from Keller Associates, Inc. The city will hold an event on Sept. 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., for the pubic to come tour the facility and see the plant's upgrades for themselves.
