The Family Health Program wants to hear from you! SCHD is looking for up to 16 participants to come out and share feedback on the importance of children receiving childhood vaccines. The event will take place on August 28th from 5 to 7 PM at The Lincoln Center (318 E 7th St, Davenport). It will be a family friendly event. Dinner, gift cards, gift bags, and children’s activities will be provided.

Iowa offers the Healthy and Well Kids in Iowa (Hawki) health insurance plan for the uninsured children and teens (ages 1-18 years) of working families. Many working families qualify. Community Screening Day. September 12, 2024. 9 A.M. to 3 P.M.

The Scott County Health Department (SCHD) is excited to host a Community Screening Day! Join SCHD on September 12, 2024, from 9 AM to 3 PM. The no cost screenings are for Iowa residents of all ages. Lead, HIV, and Hepatitis C testing, as well as dental screenings, will all be offered. Call 563-326-8618 with questions.
