    Article 6: Arbitration

    1. All disputes arising out of the contract shall be solved by amicable settlement

    2. If any one party fails to fulfill agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to “vietnam
    international arbitration centre”

    3. The arbitration awarded shall be final & legal binding for both parties

    4. Arbitration fee shall be on the account of loosing party

    The contract is made in english this day, duly signed & sealed after through
    understanding of all the articles by both the parties, this contract was signed through by
    fax or email.
    * Any change of the contract shall be written form and be subject to both parties of the
    agreement.

    The seller and buyer have thoroughly read all terms and conditions of the
    contract and agreed by signing below.
