Header and footer

Only the title page has header and footer.

Page numbering

Pages are numbered at the lower right corner.

Numeric page numbering begins with the first page of Chapter 1.
Small Roman Numerals from title page to list of figures.

Spacing and justification

Text is double-spaced, except for abstract (which are single spaced).

Use Justify as your paragraph alignment.

Font formatting

Font Style: Use Times New Roman as your font style.

Font Size: 12 points for each paragraph, subtitle, and chapter title.
Sentence case: All paragraphs and subtitles must be typed in sentence form.
Uppercase: Chapter titles must be in uppercase.
Bold: Text for subtitles and chapter titles are bold.

Example:

CHAPTER I Center indent, all caps, bold, size

Introduction and Background of the Study Center alignment,

sentence case, bold, size
Introduction Left alignment, sentence case, bold, size 12 12

Filipinos are not that aware about………. First sentence left indention to

Title Page
 The title appears like an inverted pyramid, written in upper case letters and single spaced.
 The full legal name of the candidate appears in bold upper case letters followed by the
month and year when the manuscript is accomplished, in uppercase-lowercase letters and
double space.
