    * This Purchase order (PO) is subject to the terms and conditions incorporated herein after, which the vendor hereby agrees.
    * Please check PO details thoroughly; and if any query, please raise your concerns immediately.
    * Quantity and Description in Delivery Challan (DC)/Service Receipt Challan(SRC) and in invoice including rate must be as per PO.
    * Upon delivery of Goods/Services,# please get the DC/SRC signed and stamped by receiver with his name.
    * Original invoices with signed and stamped DC/SCC by NFL shall be emailed to ([email protected]) and NFL no longer requires
    hard copies.
    * National Foods Limited is now liable to deduct and deposit sales tax and income tax at the applicable rates where applicable.
    Please confirm to us in writing if your supplies/services are exempt from sales tax while submitting the invoice or requesting for
    advance.
    * All the supplies/services will be subject to the approval of NFL Receiving Department and HSE Department, where applicable.
    * Prices are Exclusive of Sales Tax and Inclusive of Withholding Income Tax. If you exempt from WHT income tax deduction then
    please share exemption certificate immediately and also attach with invoice.
    * Delivery shall be as per dates mentioned in PO. Upon late delivery after 5 working days up to 10% penalty may be charged by NFL.
    * Certificate of Analysis & Food Grade Certificate should be provided along with the consignment, where applicable.
    * All the supplied substanses should be accompanyed by SDS (Safety data sheet) and duly labelled as per Global Harmonization
    System for labelling).
    * All the Suppliers/Contractors/Service Providers shall comply with the NFL HSE policies and procedure.
    * Remaining shelf life must be at least 75% of the total shelf life when it reaches to company's warehouse, where applicable.
