It is necessary to leave a hole of such a size that your ringing
element will pass through it. We put a little stuffing material in the
head, then a ringing element, a little more stuffing materials, and
continue crochet.

25. (sc, dec, sc) * 6 (18).

26. (sc, dec) * 6 (12).

Stuff the detail. The

stuffing must be tight
enough. The tighter head is
stuffed the tighter it will
“fit” on the ring. If you
stuff the head not very
tight it will hang out.

27. 6 dec (6).

Pull off the opening.

Leave a tail for
sewing.

Leave a tail for sewing.

Place the nose onto the head, align according to the base of the
single crochets, and secure with pins. Sew the nose.

Make the tightening in the place of eyes locations and embroider

them.
Embroider the nose: form a corner, then fill it with black threads.

Make eyes: we embroider a cross, and then a

square around it:
Mouse/Bunny
In the 14th row, at a distance
of 5 sc, we make tightenings
and embroider eyes. To
simulate the eyes, embroider a
cross, and then enclose it in a
square (see page 7).
We embroider a small nose
with pink yarn (2 sc wide and
1 sc high).
Then divide the thread in two
and take the thinnest thread
and, if you want, you can
embroider the eyelashes and
modify the nose.

Mouse
Crochet 2 identical details from pink yarn:

4. (sc, in, sc) * 6 (24).

Crochet from body color yarn:
1. 6 sc in MR (6).
2. 6 inc (12).
3. (sc, inc) * 6 (18).
4. (sc, inc, sc) * 6 (24).

We connect the gray and pink details and crochet 24 sc. Fold the
ears in half and crochet 3 sc. Cut the yarn, leave a long tail for
sewing. 2nd ear should be crocheted the same way.
Skip 9 rows from the top of the head and sew the ears.
Cast on 20 chain stitches+chain up for a bow. Crochet in the
circle:
inc, 18 sc, inc, inc, 18 sc, inc, sc.
For straps, we crochet 5 chain stitches leaving long tails for
sewing.

Crochet around the wooden ring.

For a wooden ring, we need to crochet cloth of the desired length
and width. In my case: it is 25 stitches long and 9 turning rows
wide.
We crochet a cloth of such a width that with all your efforts,
when the ring is turned around, there will still be a small gap If
you will crochet too wide then the rattle will hang out on a ring.
The same will happen if you stuff the head weakly.
Sew the head onto the base.
Capture the single crochet
staggered. I advise you to do 2
circles when sewing on the
head. Then the head will fit
tighter.

Collar
1. Crochet the needed amount of chain stitches (17-19). Then bind
off the circle around the head.
2. Crochet into each loop 3 dc.
3. Into each loop 2 dc.
Fasten the yarn and cut.

Rattle is
ready!
