Mock job interview

During the conduct of mock job interview, do you think you did well?

Yes, I think so. I am confident on my own abilities.

What are the areas that you think you are good at and areas that needed to be improved?

I had a lot of phone conversations with consumers at my previous job, and I got really
good at it. I'm a little rusty in this area, though, as a few other team members handled the
majority of the emails related to customer service. I believe email communication is extremely
important in customer care because only one or two mistakes in grammar might cause the
message to be misunderstood. Therefore, I've been striving to examine and refresh my memory
on some of the top techniques for guaranteeing client satisfaction with email conversations.

Are you more confident now to answer during job interview?

Yes, based on my experience on mock interview I observed some ways to be confident in

job interview. First, I should keep natural eye contact with the interviewer as much as possible.
It’s a small gesture that can make a big impression. Next a good posture is essential for making
an excellent first impression during an interview. I need to sit with my arms unfolded in my lap
to show that I’m open and friendly. Keeping my back straight, shoulders back, and chest and
chin raised to help me give the confidence to communicate effectively during the interview. I
also need to take a moment to collect my thoughts after each question and respond clearly and
concisely. Speaking calmly and slowly will project confidence and authority, and I’m less likely
to get flustered or tongue-tied.
