The bookshop feels like a great place to shop at. Not only are the prices great on occasion, but it also makes me happy knowing the profits from every purchase help supports local bookstores. As books can simply be more than just a thing for studies and education. Books can offer fun content, as well as useful information for getting some skills, or just finding a book to channel your inner nerd for fun.

I appreciate that I can "support your local bookstore" even when they don't carry the book that I want! THAT is the difference in why I shop with Bookshop.org. I can still get what I need without having to succumb to a larger retailer. The shipping time is amazing, too, so I get the items in almost the same timeframe as if I had shopped locally on whatever convenient day for me actually coincided with their availability.

I have been purchasing books from Bookshop.org since it’s inception. I am also an author and have a Bookshop affiliate account. Is the absolute best place to buy books! The prices are competitive, and I find their customer service to be much more personal than any other large conglomerate. What drew me to start purchasing from Bookshop is the fact that they give so much money back to independently owned bookstores. I won’t buy from anyone else!

some books can be hard to find but there's a good selection on here, the price is good, they shipped well, and they don't smell like fragrances (i'm allergic and i can't even wash paper so when books smell it's a total loss for me). I love that i can also support small local bookshops that i can't always travel to.

I can't say enough good things about bookshop. Great selection, great prices, incredibly fast shipping...just wonderful. AND, better yet, they are NOT Amazon. Oh and even better than that, my purchases benefit my favorite local bookstore! I hope they never change.

I have always had an excellent experience with Bookshop.org. I have no difficulty finding the books I am looking for; the price is reasonable and the time it takes to receive my order is also reasonable, Since I have started ordering from Bookshop.org a couple of years ago, I don't order books from anyone else. And I appreciate the fact that part of the price of a book goes to support local bookstores.

My experience with Bookshop.org! I love using this site because I'm able to shop from a wide selection of novels and items from local and national bookstores. While it doesn't have the feel of a brick-and-mortar store, I know that I'm helping out the shops that I used to frequent as a kid and loved spending time in growing up. Excellent service! Fast shipping! My books were protected! I love this company.

I'm thrilled to be able to use an online site that gives back to independent booksellers. There are specific bookstores that I prefer to shop at, but sometimes they just don't have what I need. I order on Bookshop.org and I get my book and the store of my choice gets a percentage. Bookshop.org is easy to navigate, which makes the shopping experience great. I received the book quickly, with no issues.

I ordered the books on Thursday and they arrived in perfect condition on Saturday. These are books I’ve been unable to find in my local bookshop( it’s part of a very large chain, you know the one I mean, and although very nice it is a bit small which restricts the books on offer).
With The Bookshop.org it’s a bit like having a massive bookshop in town. It’s also nice to think independent shops are being helped out too.

It was very use to use the website and choose the local indie bookstore I wanted to support. In fact, Bookshop was how I originally found out there is a local bookstore I can buy from in person! Shipping was very prompt and came when I expected in good, recyclable packaging.

I love shopping at Bookshop.org ! It is easy to find the titles I'm looking for. And I like their suggestions for other books I may be interested in. Shipping is fast. Sometimes titles are back-ordered, but I have always gotten them within a few weeks. I don't think that is too long to wait, since I am supporting small businesses with my purchases. I like that I can select which independent book store I would like to support.

The book I bought was well-priced, arrived within a week, and the best part, shipping was free. I prefer to support local bookshops rather than buying off of Amazon, and this site lets me do that! This will definitely be the place I order books from in the future.

Bookshop.org has a huge range of books, with a fast, reliable service. You're able to support individual bookshops across the UK and their profits go to support stores that are actually serving a community role, as opposed to Amazon that does nothing for local communities. Would highly recommend!

I came to the Bookshop.org site with a reading list. The site had all the books I was interested in. The ordering process was easy, and the books arrived promptly. A problem with a previous order had been resolved quickly and efficiently, so I ordered with confidence.
All in all, shopping at Bookshop.org is a terrific experience.

My problem is not with Bookshop but with the company you used to ship my books during your Free Shipping promotion. Unfortunately, on my last order, the box had broken open. UPS jammed the books back in, crushing some of the pages on one, and sloppily taped the whole thing back together. I haven't had any problems, however, when past orders were sent USPS.

When I had previously contacted customer service about books on back order, they were very helpful in giving me dates on when the books would be available, I also love that they contribute to independent book stores
