Funeral arrangements for ‘Love & Marriage: Huntsville’ star announced

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The family of a Huntsville reality TV star has released information regarding her funeral.

KeKe Jabbar, who starred on ‘Love & Marriage: Huntsville,’ died earlier this week. She was 42.

According to Jabbar’s cousin, Latisha Scott, a funeral service will be held on Monday, July 8, at the Fellowship of Faith Church (3703 North Memorial Pkwy NW) at 11 a.m. Bishop Michael Shinn will be officiating.

Internment will be in the Meadowlawn Garden of Peace. Jabbar will lie in repose one hour before the funeral. The Jabbar family will receive guests from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday, July 7, at the Royal Chapel of Memories.

Additionally, Scott said public viewing will be held from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday, July 7 and 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., Monday, July 8, at the Royal Funeral Home.

Jabbar’s family shared a statement shortly after her passing, which was read by social media personality Marcella Speaks on Youtube.

“It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved KeKe. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded in love. She was a mom, a sister and great friend full of life, love and laughter and she will be sorely missed.

At this time, we are asking for RESPECT, and PRIVACY in our moment of grief, while we process this great loss.”
