Cute place! Super hard to find. We literally walked around and in and out and up and down that whole building, called twice, and finally found it. Our fault but it was pretty funny!
We made a reservation just in case on a Saturday at 5pm before going to the Seatttle Symphony. We had the bbq smoked chicken wings and a few cocktails in the photos. Their drinks are STRONG and delicious! Quality ingredients and no skimping. Wait staff was very nice and attentive. Recommend.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - John P.Mill Creek, WA06Dec 16, 2023

Been several times pre-covid and having come back since then, it's still good. Prices have gotten steep but what hasn't during these trying times. Their whiskey selection is A1 and staff super friendly. My only issue is that their happy hour menu definitely got smaller and limited.

What a great place to be when all the business from pike place closes in the PM. I asked the host fir recommendations and she highly suggested the braised beef brisket. It looked delicious too when the plate passed us for another table. This dish comes with their homemade gnocchi which is divine. Probably one of the best I've ever had. Soft center dusted with cracked pepper flavor on the outside. Love that extra subtle crunch. This dish came with savory herbs glazed with some type of vinaigrette. Perfect to cut the meatiness of the brisket along with the demi-glaze horseradish cream.
We also ordered the fried pork shank. The first bite into the shank was a delicious combo of salty and spicy while refreshing along with a hint of sweetness. It was fireworks going off, wow. The smoked zucchini and other market vegetable was great with this dish. The herb aioli pickled goat horn peppers was probably the best part of the whole dish. This sauce made the whole dish come together like a marriage- a little sassy, a little heat and a little sweetness at the end.
We couldn't possibly eat here with out getting a whisky drink. We got the Rare Finds flight which was quite adventurous. This came with 3 glencairn samplers. The best was the 1970's Old crow Kentucky bourbon. 1980's IW Harper 12 year bourbon was ok and 1960's J.W. Dant 7 year bourbon can stay in the 1960's but what do I know, I'm no whisky connoisseur. All in all, a fun flight to sip on with all the meat heaven.
We also got the Smoked Maple Old fashion wich was good here because they make it with rye instead of burbon. If you like it Smokey, this is the one for you.
Next time definitely trying out the ones on tap from the big barrels at the bar when you first come in. This was a great experience from great food, warm whiskies in the belly and an energetic host/server. Not to mention, we were seated in our own section with crates dividing us from the next table. Cute idea with putting hand sanitary pumps and wipes in the crates too.
Oh! Also next time dining here we shall try one of the dessert options with whisky.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - May 27, 2022
This place is the bomb! We started with the Burrata salad which was super refreshing and delicious! Service was very quick and efficient. Christa was our waitress and she definitely deserves praises since she was very happy to help use whenever we needed. The shrimp and grits are heavenly. The fried chicken entree was the only thing that wasn't a total knock out. This is coming from a fried chicken connoisseur. It is definitely not bad chicken by any means but just wasn't as good as the rest of the meal. It's a 8.5 out of 10 where's everything else is a knock out 10. I would give a 4.5 stars if I could but since service was excellent, I'm going with a 5 star!

Ive been here two times whenever in Seattle. Make reservations before hand. They have great selections of drinks on their menu. Small snacks and entrees here are delicious. Awesome customer service.

Wow, what a find! Hidden away in Pikes Place market it has a phenomenal atmosphere, huge selection of whiskey and bourbon. Their own special blend of Blanton's.
All the appetizers are out of this world, the main course dishes are again unrivaled. A must go to when staying in Seattle, a dive bar theme with great food drinks and even all the severs had awesome attitudes.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dec 26, 2022Updated review
It's still a cozy, warm bar with food, and tasty drinks. We stopped by for the first time in years and the experience was decent. We arrived just before happy hour and we were seated at the bar and acknowledged fairly quickly. We ordered a couple of the holiday themed cocktails and they were good. We also ordered the fried chicken and bread pudding. The bread pudding was delicious and a happy hour steal at $10. Tasty. The fried chicken was expensive but we had a super generous portion that fed two of us with quite a bit to take home too. It looked like they had 2 bartenders that evening. For some reason after our first drink it was hard to get their attention for a second drink. I think they were super busy but with sitting right there at the bar I wouldn't think our drink glasses should have been left empty for several minutes, but they were. We'll definitely come back and we recommend others to give it a try, just be prepared to hang out for a bit.

We arrived around 7ish. 4 stars for atmosphere, location, delicious food, prompt and friendly service, variety of whiskey, fresh popcorn snacks on the table, and the kindness to allow us to move around a small place while keeping track of our tab. It's a bar, but we weren't meant to be moving seats every forty-five minutes.
Our first table was "given" to us with a one hour limit due to a reservation. We were okay with that. When our hour came up, we didn't want to leave. The place was crowded, loud, good food and drink everywhere...so we decided to go to the only "standing" table and waited until two of the 8 or so bar stools opened up.
Once a couple bar stools located kitty corner from each other opened, we hopped into them. The bar is loud. I mean super loud. Our conversation was held at a loud volume. As soon as a seat next to me opened up, my husband moved to sit next to me. I admit, we were musical chair hell for the servers. The staff was very friendly about it though. We tipped well for the trouble.
We enjoyed whiskey, popcorn, good conversation, seats in the middle of the bar...it was a great Friday night. I would do it again and make a reservation or arrive earlier. - Keoni B.Waikoloa Village, HI245313Aug 2, 2023
A whiskey drinkers heaven and good food as well. This shoebox bar/restaurant was lovely and so tasty. The friendly service and outgoing staff rounds out this new favorite.

I ate at Radiator Whiskey six weeks ago and I'm still thinking about the fried pigs ears. They were delicious. I appreciated that I could taste the spices in the breading and still taste the ears. I liked the way they were sliced so there was a thin crispy bit and a larger meatier bite.
We also had the bone marrow. It was yummy, but the onion jam was over powering. I'd still recommend the dish, only ask for the jam to be put to the side because it was somewhat salty and distracted from the marrow. Please know I'm sensitive to salt so maybe you'll find it agreeable.
I had a traditional Old Fashioned because none of their barrel cocktails appealed to me that day. It was well made and maybe (for sure) I had two.
Service was friendly, prompt and professional.
If I lived in Seattle I think I would regularly be found sitting at the bar with a cold beer and a plate of pigs ears.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
