John’s 3-star review: The food here is really good, I have ordered several times. But what is really annoying with this place is they consistently forget to add silverware to eat the salad with or forget to add the ordered drink or the chips. They don't forget to charge for these items and is almost impossible to get a refund for what they forgot. I have thought that maybe forgetting to place items in the delivery bag was a one off due to them being really busy which I understand but after many orders I finally came to the conclusion that this is a consistent problem of this business. At least the actual food is good but the delivery experience is bad. -

John’s 5-star review: Louie is amazing and a true "unicorn" in the large pool of realtors. He is full of knowledge and experience, not to mention resourceful on vendors. Buying and selling is a stressful and emotional process, but Louie made it seem so smooth and effortless. We are sure that he buffered most of it behind scene and with lots of coordination to make sure we closed on time. He was patient, adaptive & super responsive to our frequent change and requests. He really looked out for us, including accompany us when we need him and helped us review lots of disclosures. We trusted him and heavily relied on his opinion and recommendations. Last of all, he is a strong negotiator where he got us a spanking deal with significant price reduction. He went above and beyond for us and exceeded our expectations. Look no further if you need an agent -
