John Cummings was a Democratic candidate for District 18 of the West Virginia House of Delegates. Cummings dropped out of the race following the filing deadline.[1]

Cummings is a former circuit court judge for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, comprised of Cabell County, West Virginia. He in now serving on senior status.[2]

Education

Cummings received his undergraduate degree from Tennessee Wesleyan College and his J.D. from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.[3]
