The 3 hr delay on this connecting flight was a drag.

The pillow are always a little less than desired in terms of comfort. Really need to bring my own “neck ring” pillow for international flights. People should also be instructed to leave the window covers closed once in the air and until 30 minutes before landing.

Our baggage didn’t make it to IAD even with a four hour lay over in Montreal. Very irritating!

Flight was delayed, slow boarding,fully booked flight... No extra charge for beverages..

I was instructed to put my carry on under my seat, because it was a backpack, not a wheeled carrying. It it almost the same size as a wheeled carrying, soni had no legroom for the flight and could not even put my feet flat on the floor. I spent the entire flight with my ankle and knee twisted and could barely walk by the time we landed. As other travellers boarded, the same flight attendant allowed them to put their small backpacks in the overhead bins, along with their wheeled carry ons. There were empty luggage bins when the plane took off. Air Canada clearly does not care.about the comfort of their passengers.

Delayed 2 hours 20 minutes. Then we still didn’t take off for another 45 minutes. Arrived in Toronto and no gate was ready for us so we were stuck on the tarmac for another hour. Missed my prebooked Uber and had to pay the cancelation fee plus book another one. Got home over 5 hours later than planned. Awful planning.

The staff was great, the help we received with son's wheelchair was just outstanding, both in Toronto and Rome. However, having seats which were chosen and paid for three months in advance switched the day before is a terrible thing for Air Canada. I was repeatedly told it was due to an equipment change, but I looked up the two versions of plane on this route, and the version we flew back from Rome was the one with the most Economy seats, - NO REASON TO CHANGE OUR SEATS ASSIGNMENTS. I don't like being lied to when I'm being screwed, if I did I'd look for a prostitute.

From Rome to Canada great from Canada to the US horrible.

The walk from landing in Toronto to the flight to Winnipeg took us nearly 45 minutes. There should have been some type of transport available.

On a couple of legs, the aircraft did not have ports to charge electronic devices. This was so in spite of the fact that the recorded "welcome aboard/safety announcement declared that they were available. The entertainment system, while offering in an impressive array of selections, failed in that the supplied earphones were useless. The roar of the aircraft made it impossible to actually hear the film/show etc. The food was surprisingly good if a bit salty.

Great flight and crew but let down yet again by the disaster that is Birmingham Airport

Crowded, little leg room, little lateral room. Hour late, then all funnelled into a small room with a couple of bench seats for 150 people. Most sitting on the floor or standing for 30 mins before chaotic boarding.

all small notes on the ticket which even you can not see and read. They they charge you on each step… even they dont let you to explain yourself. I will not fly with them from now on.

Great flight very short… no food drink or tv but too quick to matter… I would recommend.

More chaos than usual at NAP (which is always a bit chaotic). Flight delayed for over 40 minutes. At boarding, passengers were brought through the gate then made to stand for about 1/2 hour in a holding area before being allowed to board. Rest of the flight/baggage claim was uneventful.

Didn’t like anything about it we were delayed by 3 hours and sat on the plane when leaving Dublin. On the way back to Dublin we were kept in the plane on tarmac for 4.5 hours. This airline is a joke!

Terrible experince. The flight was delayed for 4 hours and we had to sit in the plane for 30 minutes without AC. At least they shouod have given us complimentary bottles of water but no one had to buy them.

Flight was late boarding was poor. Economy boarded at the same time as premium. No space overhead for my cabin bag late arrival into Paphos.

Flight schedule was modified and the final departure time delayed.

Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.

The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.

Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.

A GOOD IDEA IS TO SEND TO ME BOARDING PASS IN ADVANCE SO I DONT HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT

We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.

Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late

Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.

Flight was cancelled and other being told it was cancelled there has been no other contact.

Poor , i missed the next flight to new york . We stayed inside the plane for almost 30 or 40min

Everything was fine except the food. They really need to work on the quality of the food.

I’m disappointed with ITA Airlines. I feel their planes are outdated. I upgraded to Premier economy and there was very little “Premium” about it. I flew on SAS in Premier economy and that is a great experience. I do not recommend this airline.

Cancelled my ticket and was never told and showed up to airport

6+ hour delay, the worst possible flight I’ve ever had in my life.

The flight was delayed an hour and no one announced that from the gate, but other than that, everything was smooth and easy!
