Great flight and crew but let down yet again by the disaster that is Birmingham Airport

Crowded, little leg room, little lateral room. Hour late, then all funnelled into a small room with a couple of bench seats for 150 people. Most sitting on the floor or standing for 30 mins before chaotic boarding.

all small notes on the ticket which even you can not see and read. They they charge you on each step… even they dont let you to explain yourself. I will not fly with them from now on.

Great flight very short… no food drink or tv but too quick to matter… I would recommend.

More chaos than usual at NAP (which is always a bit chaotic). Flight delayed for over 40 minutes. At boarding, passengers were brought through the gate then made to stand for about 1/2 hour in a holding area before being allowed to board. Rest of the flight/baggage claim was uneventful.

Didn’t like anything about it we were delayed by 3 hours and sat on the plane when leaving Dublin. On the way back to Dublin we were kept in the plane on tarmac for 4.5 hours. This airline is a joke!

Terrible experince. The flight was delayed for 4 hours and we had to sit in the plane for 30 minutes without AC. At least they shouod have given us complimentary bottles of water but no one had to buy them.

2 hours delay, very disappointing, at least they didn’t cancel at all as they do often

Flight schedule was modified and the final departure time delayed.

Big delay because of the weather but communication not so good. Boarding already late (due to tight schedule on Wizz side). When you get in you are hurried every second even if you still need a few seconds to arrange your bags. Food far away from how it looks in the catalogue and right on row 8 already out of chocolate although you are supposed to receive one for a menu. No replacement was offered.

The border control opens at 4:30 so there is no point in going in early as the wizz email suggests. Our flight utilized a plane with plastic seating which was really uncomfortable.

Check in took very long. All three priority agents left for lunch or something and the line did not move.

No gate was assigned until 5mins before boarding so left us running to find it. Then over 2 hours on runway. First due to weather, which was understood, but then over 1 hour for something that wasn't really a problem. Poor communication between ground control and flight crew. The flight crew was wonderful. British airways will be on list of airlines to travel again.

First flight was 2 1/2 hours late. Had to wait in line on the tarmac for 45 minutes to finally board. Missed connection. Had to wait in line another 2 1/2 hours to get booked on another connection the next day. Another hour wait to get a hotel room for the night. 1 1/4 hour wait in 55 degree temperature for hour bus ride to hotel. Hotel ran out of food. Miserable performance by BA. This is being written while waiting for bus back to Heathrow.

British Airways is fantastic. I am low-vision and they were so helpful and accommodating. The food was all surprisingly delicious. That was an unexpected treat. The best of everything though was how helpful and friendly the service team was.

Food made us sick for the rest of the day. Terrible passenger in front of me kept reclining and banging his seat, it hurt my knee multiple times. I kindly asked the attendant to intervene, she would not. Way too many sick people coughing on the flight without wearing a mask. Sick passengers should not be allowed to fly unless they wear a mask. I hope we don't get sick for our 2 week vacation

I appreciated the on-board entertainment options. The meals served were not very good, in my opinion.

why couldn't BA confirm my flight from Milan to Phoenix on AA

The experience was terrible. 1) We boarded late, 2a) BA lost my bag, 2b) The bag was delivered an entire day later than they said, and 2c) When it was delivered they brought the wrong / someone else's bag, and then the drivers had to come back with the right one. My medicine was in that bag so I needed it ASAP and there was no number to call that would let me speak to an actual person (vs. a automated voice that hangs up on you). This is in addition to my departing flight where an 11 hour travel day turned into a 20 hour travel day, given that: 1) the flight departed late AND it took an hour to deplane when we landed, causing us to miss our connection to Florence. This meant we had to take two connectors to arrive the same day (through Madrid and then Florence). 2) For the 2nd connector, the printer broke so we had to exit Madrid airport to print our boarding passes, and that delay almost caused us to miss our connector for a 2nd time in the same day, for reasons that BA should have easily been able to address.

Ticketing was a bit misleading. Was not immediately apparent that the tickets included no check-in luggage allowance.

Excellent. The only issue was ground crew in the Venice airport. Not so friendly. But BA staff was amazing and apologized even though it wasn’t their fault.

We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.

Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late

Crew was good. Very nice staff. Wine was good. Problems- no AC while waiting for takeoff. Long wait so we should have been more comfortable. No water for quite awhile. Food should have been better for an Italian airline. Chicken was pressed rounds of processed meat- not tasty. We had only one hour for our connection- ran through airport- plane waited for us and staff was helpful.

Flight was cancelled and other being told it was cancelled there has been no other contact.

Everything was fine except the food. They really need to work on the quality of the food.

I’m disappointed with ITA Airlines. I feel their planes are outdated. I upgraded to Premier economy and there was very little “Premium” about it. I flew on SAS in Premier economy and that is a great experience. I do not recommend this airline.

Cancelled my ticket and was never told and showed up to airport

6+ hour delay, the worst possible flight I’ve ever had in my life.

The flight was delayed an hour and no one announced that from the gate, but other than that, everything was smooth and easy!
