Keir Starmer has paid back more than £6,000 worth of gifts and hospitality, including Taylor Swift tickets and rented clothing for his wife, that he received after becoming prime minister. The prime minister was repeatedly asked about the repayment at a press conference in Brussels, in which he said the government was bringing in a new 'set of principles' for ministerial donations.
