Anupam Kher shares health update about mother, says she is 'healthy' & will quarantine at home

NEW DELHI: Bollywood actor Anupam Kher took to social media to share an health update about his mother, Dulari, after she tested positive for coronavirus on July 12.

Sharing a long video on Monday, the 65-year-old actor said that the doctors at Mumbai's Kokilaben Hospital confirmed that his mother has been declared 'healthy' by all parameters. He informed that she will now be quarantining at home for the next eight days.

In a two-minute-20-second-long video, the 'Hotel Mumbai' star also said that his brother Raju, sister-in-law Reema, and niece Brinda, who were already quarantining at home, are also recovering well.


He also urged people to not distance themselves with Covid patients as it could make them lonely. "Stay safe but don't be distant emotionally from Covid-positive patient/families," he said.

He further called the doctors, nurses, other healthcare service providers, and BMC officials the real heroes.
