Swimming helps Harshita Gupta, Founder of Hail Women, keep stress at bay. The women's high-fashion workwear start-up boss, who has been swimming for the past 16 years, told ET Panache, "I have been in love with water ever since I was a child. So much so that my parents decided to enrol me in swimming classes."

The online fashion brand head said that being around water always made her happy. "When you feel happy about doing something, you automatically feel far away from stress. Of course, stress doesn't vanish unless you find a solution, but it helps you to look and think over it with a calm mind," she added.

The Hail Women founder swims mostly on Sundays, but ensures she includes it in her must-do list when on a vacation. She has learnt several lessons from her hobby as well. "Swimming has helped me use my energy wisely so I don't get exhausted fast. I have also learnt patience. It is important to enjoy what you are doing than stressing yourself further," she pointed out.

The shepreneur revealed that she also likes to paint to de-stress, but is more of a planner in those regards. "I need everything available with me if I plan to paint. I need to prepare myself mentally before starting. And, I am adamant about creating the portrait that's in my mind," she ended.
