BharatPe co-founder Ashneer Grover has been at loggerheads with the fintech platform ever since he resigned after a dramatic spat. Since then, Ashneer has been taking digs at the company and its management. In his latest post, the entrepreneur explained why BharatPe is special. "BharatPe is special ! It’s management under Rajnish Kumar is a class act (will become management case study)," he wrote on Twitter.

Explaining further, Ashneer said, "India has 106 Unicorns - BharatPe is the only one which has switched OFF it’s comments section across Twitter / LinkedIn / Instagram (all social media) for 15 months now. In an earlier tweet on May 14, the former BharatPe managing director also slammed the platform's Charman Rajnish Kumar. "After the stupendous success of Doglapan - The Book, I am now creating: Doglapan - The Board (err bored) Game. A game of corporate ‘Ranjish’! "It’s a combination of Chess and Monopoly. 'Rajnish destroyed BharatPe'
In an interview to MoneyControl, Ashneer also accused Rajnish Kumar of destroying BharatPe. "BharatPe is not a company anymore, it's a $3 billion write-off... whose value has been destroyed by Rajnish Kumar. I have said earlier also that hiring him was my mistake," he said.

Ashneer has been charged by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) on multiple counts, including Section 406 (Punishment for criminal breach of trust), Section 408 (Criminal breach of trust by clerk or servant), Section 409 (Criminal breach of trust by public servant, or by banker, merchant or agent), Section 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property), and Section 467 (Forgery of valuable security, will).
