TresVista rolls out new policies to support employees working from home

Synopsis

The caregivers’ special leave is not limited to Covid-19. This paid allowance is to take care of immediate family members. On hospitalisation, employees can take up to 10 working days paid leave for immediate or extended family.

Bengaluru: TresVista, a provider of outsourced support to corporates, asset managers, and entrepreneurs, has introduced a slew of employee-friendly measures to help and aid employees as they continue working from home and are supported at an organisational level. The measures include caregivers’ leave, support for Covid-19 positive employees, and WFH setup reimbursements.

The caregivers’ special leave is not limited to Covid-19. This paid allowance is to take care of immediate family members. On hospitalisation, employees can take up to 10 working days paid leave for immediate or extended family.

To support self-care, if an employee tests positive for the coronavirus, they can take additional five working days of paid leave. If symptoms persist for longer, then extended paid sick leave can be availed.

To help organise a comfortable and ergonomic workspace set up at home, there will be a one-time reimbursement of Rs. 10,000 towards a WFH set up for all employees, enforced backdated from the date of lockdown.
