Synopsis

A few aspirants who signed up for the UpGrad Abroad programme are blaming the edtech unicorn for its sales tactics which allegedly involve “misrepresentation” of information regarding courses. Students, who were promised admissions by UpGrad but later received letters from universities with conditional clauses which couldn’t be met within deadlines, are fighting for refunds while seeking legal recourse.
