You can’t time an acquisition to perfection: VC Sehgal, chairman, Motherson Sumi Systems

Motherson Sumi, India’s largest auto-components maker by revenue, will never acquire a company unless it is doubly sure about the deal. When ET Prime caught up with the company’s founder VC Sehgal and chief financial officer GN Gauba for a chat, they did not share their otherwise upbeat and strong views on growth, but instead explained how things are diverging from the targets.
