AgenciesNothing, not even a health scare can keep the indomitable Shatrughan Sinha ‘Khamosh’ for long! The 'Kalicharan' star, who was admitted to a Kokilaben Ambani hospital in Mumbai following an accident, recently shared a health update.
Taking to X on Tuesday, the actor-politician shared two pictures of himself at the hospital. In the pictures, the 'Jaani Dushman' star seems to be in a jovial mood, surrounded by friends and family, and engrossed in the match between India Vs South Africa at the T20 World Cup. The actor also praised Virat Kohli for the knockout performance of the Indian cricket team at the World Cup.
“Away from the 'controversy & confusion' created by some of our good friends from the social media/Youtubers. The fact is enjoying with best of our family members, brothers & dear friends. Enjoying the most talked about International Cricket match between #SouthAfrica & #India. Also great to watch the 'hero' of not only our dear #AnushkaSharma but also the hero of the nation #ViratKohli. It was a treat watching great performances. of #JaspritBumrah #HardikPandya #SuryaKumarYadav & of course everyone's favorite the one, & perhaps the only one #RohitSharma.Kudos & Cheers to our boys in blue for this magnificent win.” he gushed.

On Monday, Sinha Sr’s son Luv scoffed at rumours that his father had minor surgery. "Regarding my father's health, I'd like to state that there was no surgical procedure. Please do not believe unverified news. We took my father to the hospital for his annual checkup because he had a high fever. Thank you to everyone who has been concerned (sic)," he wrote.
Sinha Sr was rushed to the hospital after he complained of rib pain. He suffered a fall while strolling in his dining room.
His daughter, actress Sonakshi Sinha recently tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend Zaheer Iqbal.
