Texas Governor Greg Abbott defends abortion ban, advises rape victims to take plan B

Texas Governor Greg Abbott stood in favor of the state’s abortion ban which does not consider the crime victims as an exception. He suggested that the rape victims can choose plan B to instead of abortions, whereas, the low-income Texans do not have wide access to emergency contraception to prevent pregnancy.
