    Hero Moto's Pawan Munjal to take a pay cut of 20%

    Hero MotoCorp's board has approved a 20% reduction in Chairman Pawan Munjal's fixed salary. Munjal previously decided to separate the roles of Chairman and CEO and appoint a CEO. In FY23, he earned Rs 99.6 crore, an 18% increase from FY22. The new remuneration would be effective January 1, 2024.

The Delhi High Court later stayed the criminal proceedings against Hero MotoCorp and its chairman in the case.
