Candidates from both the Jamshedpur and Delhi NCR campuses were part of this comprehensive placement endeavour, according to the institute.

The batch received 340 offers from 53 companies, with FMCG enterprises leading the way, closely followed by Consulting firms. The median compensation of the batch surpassed Rs 3 lakh while the average stipend saw a 7% increase over the previous year. The top 50% of the batch received an average offer of Rs 3.77 lakh and the top 20% secured an average offer of Rs 4.25 lakh.

Goldman Sachs is offering Rs 30 –Rs 34 lakh in some non-IIM colleges, while Flipkart, one of the regulars now is rolling out Rs 16-Rs 18 lakh packages.
