    Nearly 7,500 flower saplings from Maharashtra have been planted in the Ram temple, providing a beautiful sight for devotees. The forest department has planted various foreign and indigenous flower varieties, along with 56 species of ornamental plants. The temple also features a Nakshatra Vatika with 27 trees representing constellations. CM Adityanath recently planted saplings in the Nakshatra Vatika, and iron tree guards have been installed for plant protection.

    Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has praised the Balipara Foundation's initiative to plant 1 billion trees in the North East region of India, as well as in Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Nepal. The initiative aims to raise $1 billion to restore and safeguard one million hectares of land across the Eastern Himalayas. The Chairman of Balipara Foundation, Ranjit Barthakur, described the initiative as a significant conservation effort for South Asia.
