    Lloyds promoters' family buys luxury apartment in Mumbai's Worli for Rs 107 cr

    Abha Gupta and Shrikrishna Gupta, members of the Lloyds Group promoter family, have jointly purchased a luxurious triplex penthouse in Mumbai's upscale Worli area for over Rs 107.1 crore. The apartment spans across the 25th to 27th floors of Sugee Sea Krest on Dr Annie Besant Road, covering a carpet area of 13,207 sq ft. Valued at Rs 81,133 per sq ft, the property was acquired directly from the developer, Sugee Developers, for personal use and investment purposes. The deal, finalized on June 27, includes 16 exclusive car parking slots and incurred a stamp duty of Rs 6.43 crore.

    RKN Enterprises, a part of Godrej Enterprises Group, on Monday sold shares worth Rs 3,803 crore in Godrej Industries Ltd to members of Godrej Industries Group as part of the Godrej family settlement announced in April. According to the block deal data available on the BSE, RKN Enterprises offloaded a total of 4,25,83,272 shares, amounting to a 12.65 per cent stake in Godrej Industries.

      The deal comes immediately after the veteran actor recently purchased three more office properties spread across three floors in a commercial project in Oshiwara locality of Mumbai’s western suburb of Andheri. Bachchan purchased apartments in Borivali worth nearly Rs 7 crores from Incline Realty, a subsidiary of Oberoi Realty.
