The obvious answer would be a sectoral lender. But the fact is that these are term lending institutions which come with its own advantages and disadvantages. The word “term lending institution” is not a word which many on the street would know or remember because this word was used a couple of decades back when ICICI, IDBI were not banks but term lending institutions.
