The increase, potentially up to 100%, would be performance-linked, focusing on asset monetisation, project speed, profit, and other benchmarks. The proposal may be presented to the Cabinet Committee of Economic Affairs before the upcoming budget presentation.

"To train such large numbers of engineers, GMR Aero Technic has entered the skill development segment with the GMR School of Aviation," Ashok Gopinath, president and accountable manager of GMR Aero Technic, said.
