    "There is a huge conspiracy and the magnitude of the offence is very high," CBI's lawyer alleged. "The honourable court has granted police custody of Chatterjee today. Both the accused persons have appealed for bail but for the purpose of transparent investigation, we have prayed for police custody," he said. CBI had last month arrested Shanti Prasad Sinha and Ashok Kumar Saha, former adviser and chairman, respectively, of WBSSC Board, in the case last month.
