    Jannick Sinner defeated top-ranked Carlos Alcaraz 6-7 (5), 6-4, 6-2 in the Miami Open semifinals, ending Alcaraz's 10-match winning streak. Sinner will face Russia's Daniil Medvedev in the final, who has won all of their five meetings. Alcaraz was suffering from cramps and an apparent finger injury in the third set, after his dominant performance in the first, winning the set on a tiebreaker.
