The initiative, disclosed at the 'Sports Tech Start Up Conclave' in New Delhi, aims to collaborate with stakeholders in the sports ecosystem and develop platforms leveraging high-performance computing and Artificial Intelligence to support chess players. IIT Madras CESSA also intends to launch new sports courses on NPTEL and consider offering programs in AI/ML, Data Science, Sports Science, and Sports Management.
