Railways earns Rs 2,242 cr more from senior citizens by suspending ticket concession in FY23: RTI reply
By suspending concessions offered to senior citizens during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Indian Railways earned an additional revenue of Rs 2,242 crore in 2022-23, according to an RTI response.
