Sexual harassment case: Delhi Police concludes arguments on charges against ex WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh

Delhi Police has completed its arguments in the case against former Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in an alleged sexual harassment case. The police argued that the incidents of sexual harassment, both overseas and in India, were part of the same transaction, giving the court jurisdiction to try the case.

In the minor's case, the Delhi Police had on June 15 filed a final report seeking cancellation of the FIR filed with regard to the allegation of sexual harassment against Brij Bhushan Saran Singh. A cancellation report is filed in cases where police fail to find corroborative evidence after due investigation.
