At Navjyoti India Foundation, we organized a Samvaad (awareness session) in Ghamroj Village in collaboration with the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), along with the Sarpanch, Panchayat members, and the Pani Samiti. The session focused on the importance of safe drinking water, various techniques of water purification, and encouraging community ownership for clean water initiatives. It also emphasized behavioral change and taking ownership by community members to ensure sustainable water practices. Following this, we visited the Water Treatment Plant at Mahendwada to understand how water is treated at the facility.
