Union minister and senior BJP leader Dharmendra Pradhan on Friday accused the BJD of distributing cash for votes in Balasore Lok Sabha seat of Odisha.
He further appealed to the Election Commission of India to take strong action against BJD's use of money and muscle power in elections.
