Uttarkashi tunnel rescue: Manual drilling underway, tunnelling expert says 'looks positive'
A total of 41 workers have been trapped under the Silkyara tunnel in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand, ever since a part of it collapsed on November 12. Rescue operations are currently underway.
