IVY Growth associates organises 21BY72 startup summit

SURAT: IVY Growth Associates organised the third edition of its flagship event '21BY72 Startup Summit' in Surat on June 15 and 16.
The two-day summit was aimed to accelerate the startup ecosystem by providing a platform for networking, learning, and engagement. It was attended by over 20,000 participants, 300+ startup founders, 100+ venture capitalists, 500+ investors, and industry speakers.
Gujarat home minister Harsh Sanghavi was the chief guest at the summit.
Chartered accountant and investor Pratik Toshniwal highlighted the increased participation from the previous edition, with over 20,000 attendees compared to 16,000 last year. Business leaders, investors, and experts shared insights on trends in technology, business, and entrepreneurship.
Notable speakers included Anupam Mittal, founder of shaadi.com and Shark Tank judge, Raj Shamani, founder of Figuring Out and House of X, Arjun Vaidya, co-founder of V3 Ventures, actor and entrepreneur Parul Gulati, Apurva Chamaria, head of venture capital at Google India, Manish Chaudhary, founder of Wow Skin Science, and Bollywood actress Radhika Madan.

Anupam Mittal said the summit's focus was on India's development and urged Surat to explore industries beyond textiles and diamonds, considering the evolving role of technology.
Radhika Madan encouraged innovative ideas and expressed her increased interest in investing in startups after attending the summit.
