BJP workers listen ‘Mann Ki Baat’, to plant saplings
Prayagraj: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) functionary and leaders on Sunday listened 111th episode of PM Narendra Modi’s monthly radio show, ‘Mann Ki Baat,’ at all the 5009 booths in city, trans-Ganga and trans-Yamuna pockets of the district.
The programme was last broadcast on February 25 and was also paused during the 2024 parliamentary polls. On June 18, PM Modi announced resuming Mann Ki Baat on June 30.
He encouraged people to contribute their ideas through MyGov Open Forum, NaMo App. Party spokesman Vivek Mishra said, “BJP workers on Sunday listened Mann Ki Baat episode at 1,216 booths in city. Party workers will be actively taking part in planting the saplings. Party workers have decided to plant saplings till July 6 in different wards, booths and other areas. In trans-Yamuna, party workers listened the programme at 1,433 booths and pledged to plant saplings.
