BHOPAL: A home guard jawan and his two sons were murdered in Damoh district of Madhya Pradesh. The incident occurred in Bansa Tarkheda village on Sunday, within the rural police station area of the district.
The deceased and the three accused belong to the same family. According to police, home guard jawan Ramesh Vishwakarma had a dispute with his family members about a month ago.

On Monday, the miscreants attacked Ramesh with swords. At the time of the incident, Ramesh's two sons, Umesh and Vicky, were returning from Damoh on a bike. The accused identified as Golu, Raja and Sajal Vishwakarma shot them in the middle of the road, killing both on the spot.
One of Ramesh's relatives identified as Rajendra told police that around 6 am on Sunday, the accused called his son Saurabh, declaring their intent to kill Ramesh and his family members that day. Rajendra asked Saurabh to inform the police via the emergency number 100, but the call was not received.
Rajendra explained that a few months ago, Ramesh had beaten Raja Vishwakarma, which initiated the ongoing conflict. About a month ago, there was another dispute when a vehicle ran over Ramesh's calf. Police suspect that the victims and accuseds belong to same family. Case has been registered and searches are on.
